Movement identification confirmation please

Hello ladies and gentlemen, ive had this watch for a while now and would like someone to confirm or identify if the movement is indeed a valjoux 7750, And not a clone. Handwind doenst work, not sure if these should handwind though or if it did when i first got it. There is a (VAL) stamp under balance.

On a side note, its keeping excellent time, Chrono works beautifully, resets to 0 sharp, however chrono minutes track sometimes jumps 1.5 minutes instead o 1, but if i shake or lightly tap the watch it goes back to 1 or 2 or 3, wherever it is at the time. is this a sign of service needed?

It sure looks genuine to me, Valjoux 7750.

I would have a look at Dr Ranfft on the 7750 and make a comparrison.  attached are the pages from the manual
