Watch Stem removal

So I recently found this old watch I used to wear and need to replace the stem, how do I go about this? (I've attached pictures of said watch)

Set the stem in a position such that the dimple appears underneath where it says “push”. Then push with a set of fine tweezers fairly gently and pull the crown at the same time. If the dimple moves as a result of the stem changing position then stop pressing the tweezers and use the stem to re-locate the dimple to the same position again.
