7750 Clone and decorate to 9900 Movement

Please kindly advise that how can I remove stem from this movement

I try to find a removal method in YouTube but cannot find it.

If its a 7750 clone under that plate.......pretty straight forward.....
1.remove plate
2.remove stem as always with a 7750.

Unless im missing something

No need to remove the hammer ?

Some might say it's hammertime  
But if it is a Near 7750 Clone you might try if you can push a needle gently in this small hole..
