How do you remove stem from myota fs 10

Hi does anyone have an idea how this stem might come out, I cannot see any buttons screws or dimples, there is an arrow that says push but it is quite a way from the stem and there is nothing to push.

Just push where the arrow points.

Look down into the hole that the arrow is pointing to, while pulling the crown in and out. You should see a little lever come and go, with a tiny hole in the center. That hole is where you would press to release the stem. Steve
