Taking vintage German watch apart

Have older German watch out of grandfather's collection name brand on back is rostfreier stahlboden 13014 . That's what's on the back plate of Watch the front face has the watch has  protex precision . Have the back plate off need to know how to get movement out will attach pictures

you need to get the winding stem  out first.  it looks like its bent.  i suggest a video or book on stem removal.
