Centre seconds pinion shaft to centre tube--no oil?

Ive watched a fair few videos of service-work on movements, but notice in a few (Inc Mark's on 2824) that no oil was used on the centre tube bush/seconds shaft,--Is this normal?

Hmm--On that PDF, Page 10, it shows the centre-seconds pinion on the large centre-wheel with lots of spokes--Oiled with 'Fine-Oil' 9010....

--I assume--before insertion into the centre-tube, as the wheel is oiled separately to the movement....

you have to put a bit of 9010 on the second hand shaft (it has a dimple closer to its top).
