eta 2670

i believe that i am having an issue with an eta 2670 automatic movement....does it wind in both directions or is a one direction only.....when i spin the rotor in one direction i notice that the click does indicate that the mainspring is winding...however when i spin it in the opposite direction the click remains stationary....could this be a problem with the reversing wheels?....thanks...
