AS 1188 instead of AS 1604

Could i use a AS 1188 instead of a AS 1604 . Having trouble with a AS 1604 as someone has changed the escape wheel at some time. It's to short. Looking up the drive train. Have a few AS 1188 that i think i can build up to a nice working movement? They are the same size but the AS 1188 i have is copparplated . The AS 1604 is silver . Sure i can find a new escape wheel but that cost? Owner want to spend as little money as possible?

Would the owner mind a different movement and the only thing I can see different is the 0.6mm difference in height between movement but I can't see that being a problem if it still fits the case ok.
