Making Your own watch crowns ?

Currently working on a Tyssitt watch with broken stem.

New stem was made according to the remaining part and from the windingstem.com dimensions for the eb1197 movement. It was available in 90 and 120 size thread. Since the M1.2x0.25 thread die was 2 USD from China i decided to make the stem with 120 thread (tap 7). But i realized thet finding a crown is a real pain for this size.

I was thinking that i could make my own crowns on the Dremel lateh or in the er16 collet "lathe". Will give it a try.

Anyone has made custom crowns? Any suggestions or experience is welcomed.
