Bezel Repainting

Hiya all, I've just acquired an early Tag Heuer F1 mid sized with stainless steel bracelet and it is in great condition apart from the white and red markers and numbers on the bezel are looking tired.

Just wondering if anyone has had any success repainting them as a replacement is too expensive considering I only gave £50 for the watch.

If they are lower then the bezel? You could fill the cavity with some humbrol modelpaint. Let it almost dry and wipe of the bezel. Have done that on some citizen bezels. With good result.
