  I just started several months ago taking a watch course in horology.  Is any body familiar with this watch brand EAU DE Rochas?  Looking for a watch strap.  Neeed help or advice on where to purchase. I have not removed the case back I think this is a quartz watch... Picture is below:

Looks a bit too old to be a quartz watch.  Can you wind up the crown?

No. Will consider  removing case back.... More concern on finding a  strap. Could not find much info on watch, this watch was made in France.

It looks very much like one of those watches, by anonymous makers, made for clothing and perfume designer labels. Rochas is a French perfume manufacturer and their brands are labelled Eau de Rochas, Madame Rochas, etc. A bit like watches branded Michael Kors or Next, etc.
