Hello to the combined brains trust. 

I am a recent retiree that was looking for a hobby that would keep the brain ( and hands ) active.

I have always been interested in watches and have an odd assortment, collected over the years. I plan to slowly develop the skills and equipment to be able to service and repair my own watches.

I found this site while researching my latest acquisition. I was so impressed by the thoughtful and knowledgeable responses from members to questions and queries that I decided to join your forum.
