The first of your pictures shows a Kendrick and Davis balance staff remover used with a staking set to punch out broken staffs there is a video on you tube that shows how to use it.

The top tool in picture 2 is a screw plate used for tapping out screws on a lathe and its use is explained on page 217 of Donald de Carle practical watch repairing book

In the second picture all the pieces are from the same velvet lined case ,as shown , so the bottom tool must be somthing to do with threading or prepairing for threading . Ill try it on a winder button to see if it fits. Thanks
