Hello.

I’m about to service a EB 8021 movement, and I’m trying to source a new mainspring, since I don’t have any kind of mainspring tools to compress the spring after cleaning.

I can’t really find anything online that matches the data I can find online.

I can find one, that’s a slight longer. Would that be an issue?

The strength and the height are the most important parameters. The 9mm refers to the barrel size and should push straight in. The extra 20mm in length won't matter.

You could hand wind the original spring.

Where are you located, it helps with sourcing materials.

So this one, would work fine? I’m located in Denmark, so en Europe is preferred due to taxes.
