A colleague invited me to "have a look" at a Citizen Eco-Drive Skyhawk that has been sitting in his drawer for some time. The minute hand was 'stuck' at 20 minutes past the hour. Despite warning him of my total lack of experience with this level of complexity in a watch, he still gave me the go-ahead to see what I could do. After first confirming that the circuit was generating minute pulses and that all the coils have the right resistance, I disassembled it. Upon disassembly I find it has a fractured minute wheel. (At least it's called a minute wheel in the Citizen technical document for the movement; it's the wheel the minute hand is attached to.)

Can anybody suggest where I might source a replacement?

Can you confirm what part no it is you're looking for?

Edit

Or highlight if any part matches from this photo.

I don't know where I can find part numbers. It's numbered 64 in the disassembly/assembly diagram. I've identified it in your image.

I though it would be that part but it confused me that I couldn't see the pinion in your photo.

Where in the world are you?

Thanks, Andy. I'm in Western Australia. My photo was looking straight down the tube. Here's another photo on a 5c piece (roughly the same size as a US dime) that I took for scale and that shows the pinion.

I appreciate your help. I'd be happy to pay for postage, if that would help, but if not, I'll appreciate any hints about where/how I might be able to source the part, or even a part number so I know what to look for.
