Hi from a newbie

Hi all

Mechanical watches have always intrigued me. I did once tried to see if there was a build your own watch kit! Needless to say I didn't find on. Then I stumbled upon the wristwatch revival YouTube channel and was hooked.

I have tried my hand on a pocket watch and a few watches from eBay with limited success in repairing but at least did a reasonable job of putting them back together.

My other hobby is plastic modelling (I like making things!)! Another money and time burning hobby!

Thanks for looking and hope to learn lots from the rest of you seasoned pros and if possible making some useful contributions to this forum.
