Looking for help measuring up a Bergeon 5285 part

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

I recently bought a second-hand Bergeon 5285-D staking tool in pretty bad but repairable shape. One thing missing on it was the circular rotating anvil. I have ordered one of those from cousins, but what's still missing is the bolt/screw sitting in the centre hole of the anvil (see pic below). Bergeon does not seem to sell these bolts/screws as spare parts.

So my question becomes: is there anobody with a Bergeon 5285-X who could provide measurements of this part? My goal would be to make a CAD drawing of it and put it up on e.g. thingiverse and/or shapeways with an open license, plus post in the the 3d print subforum here of course... 🙂

As far as I can tell, the measurements I would need are:

1) the diameter and height of the head (top) part

2) the diameter and height of the body part

3) the position on the body where the centre of indentation for the fixing screw sits.

And ideally, also a pic that shows the shape/angle of the indentation.

I would be deeply grateful for any help provided. Many thanks in advance, /Lesuedois
