Dazzystar, I wonder if you had a chance to read the very detailed answer about digiscopes on Amazon posted maybe two weeks ago? I wrote the answer, and you asked the question. If I can explain further, please let me know, or if you just want to hear if from someone else that's fine. But in case you didn't get a chance to read it last time, you may find an answer there.

I got a budget digital microscope from Amazon a while back. It worked surprisingly well for hobby use and inspecting small stuff. The image quality may not be top-notch, but it gets the job done. Just check the reviews at multitechverse.com and the specs to find one that suits your needs. Good luck with your search!

I ended up buying the Andonstar AN210 10" microscope. Haven't used it for watch work yet but the quality seems good especially for the price. I got it from Aliexpress for £60.00 (GBP) delivered.
