Any suggestions for replacing an ETA 959.001 ?

I have an ETA 959.001 movement (Concord Quartz Watch). I am getting regular pulses and the gear train seems to be free (Horotec Turbo used to test)

When the watch is running on its on I only get occasional minute hand movement.

Of course this movement is no longer being produced. Are there any suggestions for a replacement movement  or should I begin to dig deeper looking for possible gear damage?

Any help would be appreciated.
