Meistersinger Movement or Clone

I've always yearned for a meistersinger one-handed watch and damn near bought one a few years back.  This was prior to my fledgling watchmaking journey.  it occurred to me that there may be a movement I can use or even adapt and get the case and dial online.  Has anyone done this or have any ideas where to start?

UPDATE

I have since discovered (like always) that they use and SW210 manual wind or the SW200-1 automatic - now I am seeing if there is an ETA equivalent.  Nothing on the dial front though 😞
