Bent watch hand. How to straighten it?

Hello, Could I please have some guidance on how to straighten the minute hand (picture attached) before I proceed to lume it?

Maybe my eyes are getting old, but I don't see any issue with the minute hand. Maybe there is a slight bow out about 1/3 the way up, but its very slight, is that what you are referring to?

Hi as Waggy observed a slight bow about a third up right hand, hold the hand down and stroke the side, pressing in slightly whilst stroking untill its parallel, use a piece of peg wood so as not to damage the hand.
