New to the forum and relatively new to this disease...oops! did I say disease? My bad. Meant hobby! Its been about 5 years now and I've progressed - with massive help from sites like this,  FB groups & u-tube. My only complaint with things so far is that i wish i'd discovered this hobby long ago when my eyesight was really good. One thing i didn't anticipate when starting off is just how much time i'd be spending on hands & knees on the floor looking for parts which appear to have been manufactured with a great deal of stored kinetic energy!

I'll start of my endless list of questions with reference to some posts from 2017 regarding Brac 512 movements. I recently took delivery of a (70's ?) Chateau diver/world timer with this movement. Ranfft has the hour/minute hands sizing but i need to know the size of the sweep seconds hand. this watch came with the original big arrow hour and 2 loose hands flopping around on the dial. i managed to broach a parts minute hand to the 1.20mm size but that seconds pinion looks much larger than I'm used to. Anyone have info on this? TIA.  Watch was bought as non-working, but got it revived. little oiling for good measure and mated to an old-skool expansion bracelet : Kreisler Flex-On with interesting adjustment system.
