I have the following watch

With the calibre marking below, but I'm not familiar with it - can anyone help?:

On opening it I noticed that the shock setting jewel assembly was missing on the balance (see below):

And I found it hiding under the setting lever/setting lever spring (the jewel and housing dropped out onto the desk when I removed the SL spring, but the shock spring stayed behind for the photo opportunity!):

How lucky am I....... But the spring (KIF?) was snapped and the housing into which the cap jewel sits was pretty badly chewed up and no longer usable, probably from the prior owner(s) or me using the stem with the jewel/housing/spring in the way. Does anyone have any ideas on the best way forward? I was thinking I would probably be best off popping out the entire jewel housing from the balance arm and replacing with a complete one from my stock of goodies - but open to better ideas if anyone has one?
