Barrel - too much side shake?

I think there may be too much side shake in this barrel but wanted to confirm before my first attempt at decreasing the hole size with my staking set. Am I right in thinking this should be addressed?

Thanks, I wasn't sure about that second angle where it looks like when I touch the barrel near the edge the adjacent wheel looks like it moves as well. I couldn't tell if that was just from power moving through the train or if it was rubbing on the wheel.

For the youtube video all I did was paste the link and the forum software immediately just inserted the video inline without me having to do anything.
