Where do I source replacement cap jewels?

I am in need of a 0.7mm and 0.8mm cap jewel.  Normally my go-to is Cousins, but their website says that every single size of cap jewel has been discontinued.

But Ofrei seems to have every size in stock (albeit at a higher price per jewel); even the ones that Cousins says has been discontinued.  Perhaps they're selling new old stock?

Does anyone know where I can get a 3 pack of cap jewels at the rate the other Seitz jewels are going for (~$13.50 USD for 3)?

I've tried those generic assortments, and I will probably never do that again.
