Balance wheel and hairspring replacement Seagull 1963 st19

Hi all,

after a fall, the hairspring of my 1963 seagull watch broke... Do you think this part can be mounted on the st19 ?

From the description,  it doesn't seem so. Unfortunately many Chinese seller don't really know what they are selling.

Does this Seagull happen to be a clone of the Orient caliber 46941/46943 for which this balance is (hopefully) made? Obviously not!

Ok, so where can I find a new balance wheel with hairspring for the ST1901 ?

I have searched everywhere without much success....

What I have learned so far is that spare parts for Chinese movements are very rare. The manufacturers want yo to buy a new movement which is often cheaper than part + labour.

Did someone tried  any "compatible" ST19 balance assembly ?
replacing it (when broken) is not a big labour ... and should be cheaper than 90-100 $

I finally ended buying non-working ST19 chronographs (Seagull 1963, Sugess, Pierre Paulin, Merkur, ...) and ST1901/ST1903 movements ... just to get parts  no other solution by now 

so if you have some in bad shape, non working, please get in touch with me ...
