how to choose a new pusher for chronograph

Hi 

I'm servicing a certina model 542.7155.42 using a eta 251.262 quartz mouvement.

One on the chronograph pusher is broken the stem is broken and the button is missing.

I've searched original piece but cannot find any. So I hope it's possible to adapt a standard pusher.

I've also no tools to press the pusher tube out of the case so I hope to be able to do the job without replace the complete pusher or may be it's possible to do the job with a stalking tools.

• the length of the stem is 5.17 mm
• the diameter of the button is 4.17 mm

Order 2 and replace both pushers, it's unlikely anyone will notice the difference.
