Case with hinged back

I would like to know if anyone here on the forum knows where I could purchase a Case with a hinged back (a.k.a. Hunter back?). 

I provided pictures of some current watches that display this particular Case with a hinged back. Most if not all of them are high dollar watches so just maybe a Case with a hinged back is made only for high dollar time-pieces? But I doubt it.

This type of Case with a hinged back was sort of common with pocket watches way back in the day (more like the last Century).

Though it appears as though the Case with the hinged back is making a come back.

There are now a few watch manufacturers that have brought back this specific style of watch Case with the hinged back in some models and styles of watches.

I would like to start a project that I have been contemplating on now for sometime and assemble/build a watch with the Case that has a hinged back. So for me it all starts with this particular watch Case with a hinged back, size, etc.  Then I can make the determination as to what type of movement to use (depending on the inner diameter size of the Case) and what dial design to choose.

The certain size of the Case that I am  looking for a Case with a hinged back, would be in the 42mm size (that is if I can find it?).

So if by chance you know of where one can be purchased at or from whom, please let me know?
