So anyone got any worksheets on a lip watch calibre R23c.

unfortunately not a lot of information out there on this one. I think the reason there is the lack of technical information is if you look at the second link the company went out of business and had issues towards the end. So producing technical documentation was probably not high on the priority list.

just read it. A lot of French firms went down in the 60s and early 70s. They started to believe the russians could win the cold war and wanted to be on the winning side.
