Vintage Lady Omega 2849. Help, Please

Hello Experts.
I just bought an vintage lady Omega. The spec is listed below.
Unfortunately, it is missing stem and crown.
I am confused about with stem ref which will be the correct one to buy.
Please give me your advise. Thanks

Hi Johnvsd,

 

I just had a look on cousinsuk. They have 2 stems for the 620.

620-1125 -> 25.80mm (extra long)

6220-1106 ->  12.20mm

These are both 1 piece stems

 

620-1159  is a 2 piece movement stem

620-1149 is the negative part of the 2 piece winding stem (the inner part)

 

So everything depends on the case design. If the movement comes out from the back you can use the 1 piece stem.

If the movement comes out from the front  and you can't 'unlock' the stem through the back, you need the 2 piece stem.

 

In your case, the 1 piece stem is the one you need. I guess the normal length should do, but it's best to measure this to be sure.
