CIGA design - Stopped spring unwinding

I bought CIGA Design watch. After using it for 3 months, the spring stopped unwinding and I couldn't able to use watch. Total money wasted. 

Can anyone suggest how to make it work it again. Or suggest me the best repair shop in Bangalore.

Hi  there are many reasons why a watch will stop, too many to detail. Any competent watchmaker will be able to give you an appraisal of what the problem is  but he will have to open the watch up.
