Welcome to the forum. The 7546 part of the model is the movement and is a Quartz, also stated on the dial. The battery should be an SR34W / 386

The plot thickens... Good news is that power does move down the train freely, and the other wheels and pivots all look good. Again, not sure how this is likely to have happened, theories welcomed! Do you think the hairspring is salvageable? I was assuming I'd need to replace. -

I've worked on machine tools at that RR site - finding the town like going along farm tracks for what seems like miles! Very strange place to get to, I think the town was just to house the Rolls Royce site workers originally. It's a "Static turbine" manufacturing site, or was when I was there; making the non-rotating blade discs that direct air into & between the rotating compressor discs. -
I had to zoom in because I thought this was another of @Neverenoughwatches's DIY cleaning machine contraptions we hadn't seen yet. But no, it's just a gooseneck lamp base with a lot of loupes on it.
