Sorry, beginner error. The inside is marked 3ADJ 59079. That's all I can see. I assume the caseback has the s/n, the only number there is 1307085. The 2.3 mm I mentioned is as measured from the underside of the cap to the end of the thread. So about 40% of that is the unthreaded part. -
Yes, the stud holder and regulator are indeed positioned incorrectly relative to each other. If you have more questions about how this movement can be disassembled, assembled and adjusted, my service walkthrough might be helpful (link below). As a beginner, you're facing some fairly advanced challenges. I’d recommend getting a donor movement for parts. For instance, refitting and adjusting the depth of the pallet stones (if you still have them?) is a delicate task that’s best attempted once you’ve developed steady hands and more experience. As you continue working on the movement, you may run into additional issues that are easier to solve if you have spare parts on hand. Anything you don’t use now can be saved for future projects.

Welcome to the forum. Photos of the watch and particularly the movement will be need.

The 3ADJ isn't the calibre it's just how the watch was calibrated i.e. in 3 positions. A photo of the crown would answer if it's snapped or not.
