Thanks, Mark, for the tips and the video.  You have reminded me that I will likely need one of these.  I've been encountering interesting things with some of the watches I've been working on lately, so I think it best I be prepared. And I have quite a bit of brass stock.  Seems I've found my next little project.

Might this be for the adjustment of the pallet stones of Big Ben ?
