Fixing a stem release button

Hi there, 

I learned through the channel how to remove the stem of my watch through a push down button and am aware that too much force removes a spring that prevents removal of the stem, I have been very gentle with this as I have been required to remove the stem to get to the front of the dial to fix dial chapters that keep falling out though I can no longer remove the stem and I fear this spring may have shifted, I have a bezel set crystal and have not been able to find how to remove the crystal without removing the stem so I’m in a bit of a predicament and was also wondering if there was a simple video for replacing the spring that has been shifted, it’s a quartz movement, should I go to a watch repair shop or is it a relatively easy fix? Thanks
