I have just serviced an Omega 601. To regulate the watch there is a small offset screw in the centre of the regulating index. When I turn this either way the watch is still running about 100s per day slow. Is there a coarse adjustment available on this watch.  The amplitude is about 230deg and the beat error is 0.7. Please advise.

I have not serviced this calibre but see pic which I would have thought is for the larger adjustments. However that is a really low amplitude for a Omega that has just been serviced.

Thanks for your help.  As far as the amplitude us concerned. I pegged the jewels, cleaned the parts in lighter fluid in an ultrasonic cleaner, and rinsed in pure alcohol. I lubricated to the best of my knowledge using Moebius oils. The only thing I did not do was change the main spring, although I cleaned and lubricated it. What else can I do to improve the amplitude?
