Not impossible if one can part with CHF 3,900 - 4,350 at the link posted above.
By coincidence someone posted about the Horia website which I promptly visited, and was able to recognize here. Wonderful tools.

Yes. Attached a recommended speed chart from Ruko. They have a lot of drilling and cutting information on their website.
