Power down a chronograph

Does anyone know a good video or thread on how to power down a chronograph that needs repair?  I am familiar with de-tensioning the main spring on a conventional watch but on a chronograph, it does not appear obvious.  The watch in question has a Venus 178 movement.

Here is Marks video on servicing a Venus 175. You have to remove many of the parts before being able to let the power of. As you will see in this video.

Thanks again Oldhippy!  I did view this thorough and very good but complicated video.  I guess there are no shortcuts with chronographs and no crying in baseball.  I was hoping for a short cut but alas poor yorick, I knew there was not.
