Recently I purchased a set of auto oiler from the bay. Anybody here use this oiler? Is tis better than the manual oiler and oil cup?

I have an empty Lubristyl oiler from Otto Fre , and was wondering if I can refill it with meobius oil? I don't know if it is refillable, having been given it empty. I just thought it might come in handy. Thanks
