  1. I felt like recording a little music this morning after spending an hour or so on my watch pages website. Just a bit of fluff on a bright March morning... And, for those that care, I'm wearing my Omega f300 this morning, after a successful date change of the plastic calendar wheel without it breaking - from February to March! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXZOjeKayWU Cheers, Will

  2. I use ultrasonic for both rinses - about 5 mins each...seems not to do any harm!

  3. I give them about 9 - 10 min and sometimes if the part is too dirty an extra 3 min. My machine only do 3 min at a time, so I press the button 3 times...but sometimes I loose count so I've probably done 4 times 3 min....Never had a problem. It doesn't agitate apart from the ripple proper of the ultrasonic. I'll be interested in this project too! Cheers, Bob

  4. My understanding is that "Zippo lighter fluid", "Ronsonol" etc. are pretty much the same as "naphtha", which in turn is a range of light petroleum distillates. No two brands are exactly the same, so before using it for cleaning you should do the glass test (put small amount on glass and let it evaporate) and check for residue. (The Swedish equivalents are "Kemiskt ren bensin", "Heptan", "Rengöringsbensin" & "Industribensin". "Lacknafta" is pretty close, but is more fatty and evaporates slower.)
