Came across this watchcase when I bought a watch lot from eBay. Seems NOS (as case is free from scratch, and backside is protected with adhesive tape).

Watch case has a push pin at 8'oclock, and case back is marked ANTIMAGNETIC-INCABLOC-WATERPROTECTED  Automatic 9008 88. Tried googling the mark

but came out with nothing. I want to ask what is the purpose of the push pin on the 8oclock area, and what kind of movement I can use for it. Watch case is 35mm in dia, inside dia at 30mm.

Thanks in advance

That's awkward. The important measurement inside the case is the shoulder, where the dial seats. Also the depth of the movement and alignment of the stem.
Your best bet initially is to search through the catalogue of a movement retailer such as Cousinsuk.
But a Pusher at 8oclock ! Or if we are thinking left-handed, 2 o'clock.
Anyway best of luck [emoji16]

Thanks Chopin and Digginstony for the response, I also suspect it could be a quartz analog + digital watch casing like a casio anyway I'll also check with Cousinuk. Again Thanks
