Seiko Watch Strap

I have been asked to replace a battery in a Seiko 7N29-8041 watch which is no problem. However the customer has asked if I can fit a longer strap as the one fitted is too small (he removed links a while ago and has lost them). However i have searched the usual sites Cousins etc but no joy. I contacted Seiko and they informed me that the strap is no longer available

The strap ID. is B1876.I.

 

Has anyone by any chance know where I can purchase this strap or purchase a generic strap or even find some replacement links.

Hi clockboy, have you considered an extension link? Check out esslinger for an idea.

Will check this out but going to foreign parts for a few weeks for a nice break tomorrow.

Will check this out on return and the customer is not in a hurry for the repair. I have lent him an old Casio I have had for while in my draw of watches.
