Can't open end jewel

Hi, I am currently struggling with a caped balance end stone. I am able to pull it up with rodico from its place, bu the jewel cap won't come off. So I can't clean it and re-oil it.
Any useful tips how to open it?

So far I tried:
- put in a small jar with lighter fuid and blow air with blower
- put in ultrasound cleaner
- manually slide the cap with tweezers

Put the endcap on a double sided tape or a sticky tape. Has worked for me. Make sure the endcap is clean. But t's should be if you ultrasonic cleaned it. 

Then lift the jewel.

Thanks, the sticky tape did get me a solid position for the jewel, but at the end I had to use medical needle to really get under the edge and lift it.

So I made it, it took some time but all good now.
