Seiko tool? What's it for?

Recently won an auction of watch making tools and this was one of the items. Have tried to Google it without finding much info. Any help appreciated!!

Its for removing and fitting bracelet links.

I was guessing that was it but it seemed too substantial with too many parts just to do that one thing.

Oh! it's not as simple as it seems. There are many pin sizes and shapes. Plus some bracelets have screws. You want the tool to be strong because sometime the pins are very hard to get out or in. Lovely set discontinued set that one.

Thanks Guys.  I will have to play with this more and see if it is something to keep or sell off.  Never really had a problem sizing bands without.  Didnt even know they made such a thing.
