Offset clutch wheel

Hello fellow watch repairers. I need advice on the best what to tighten a clutch wheel pic below all replies welcome as usual.

I did something with a similar cannon pinion sometime ago. I  used loctite 

One drop in the middle.  Has worked since then.  Was a AS 18.. something. 

Now it's not the proper way but has worked okay. Tried to pinch it together with a nail clipper  before i did my little loctite magic.

So you put a spot of thread lock down the tube and then crimped the tube slightly when it was back on the shaft ?

Thanks Rogart I just crimped it a little I would never in a million years thought of nail clippers your a star.
