Help/Advice on Breitling 11i Service

Recommended Posts

Hi all. Just received a Breitling Chronomatic - movement is an 11-i. I know this was one of the earlier automatic chronographs.

I believe there were similar models sold by Heuer, Buren/Hamilton, etc. Similar calibers are the 11, 11i, 12, 15 and I have probably missed a few.

I'm hoping someone has posted a walkthru on one of these or similar that I can be pointed to.

I did download the tech doc from AWCI which is helpful. There are specific warnings about not messing around with certain chrono components - but I do believe I will need to do a complete teardown so any help is appreciated,

without seeing the movement in question, sometimes the warning is focussed around the Eccentric screws. Messing with the eccentric screws means you have to recalibrate all the levers after disassembly.
