I'll have to disagree with "clearly shows" for the time being only a theory.

 Universe is informational, otherwise it will decay. 

Do not misinterprit death of the universe, as decay. 

 Us human beings think life is the ultimate  the universe is programmed to incubate  and that  our   computational knowledge is the ultimate, in fact our computations  are limited to our brain abilities.

Looks like an open-access journal that runs as a glorified pre-print server with no true peer review, so it’s not easy to judge the veracity of the conclusions.
