You need a tool like key for winding but with big round handle. Pin wise is suitable if You can firmly grab the arbor with it, but here You have protection tube that doesn't let this happen. A key tube without handle, tighten in pin wise is good. Wind a little with the tool just to be able to release the click, then slowly unwind by controlled releasing the handle. This is the way to release springs in all key wound watches and clocks

Way back in the old days they made a universal tool for this. Basically a universal key for the variety of sizes of key wind watches.

If you have your universal key or pin vice on the other end in place you may still be able release worst-case by removing the plate but? There's another screw looks like it's holding the click spring in place for the circular spring this holding the click under their someplace. So maybe releasing that will release the click.

And yes this is definitely a very interesting design

Thanks to all for your reply's I have found the way to let down the mainspring , at the bottom right you will see a lever with a vertical pin that needs to be pushed in at the same tme apply pressure to the key thus taking power out of the spring.

Thanks to all
