Hello everyone,

I have a Seiko 5606 movement with a broken large drive wheel and sprockets (part no 220560). I'm struggling to find anyone UK based that has any stock. Does anyone have any ideas of places I can look before I cough up the extortionate postage prices from abroad? I don't mind if it's a used part.

How desperate are you as I've just sent my last 5606 parts watch to a friend in Canada
but will be getting it back (minus what he needs) by the end of the month.

I'll try and check my boxes tonight if I've got any other 56**s.

Not super desperate for it quickly, if I order from abroad it's going to take a month anyway... It might just be a case of waiting for a donor movement to come up. If you have one that would be really helpful though

I know I've got more movements and parts somewhere but most of my mechanical stuff
is still in storage from many years ago and my eyesight isn't up to most of it anymore.

You can find lots of cheap Seiko movements for parts on ebay. Your part is common on the following movements

I presume the 203/118 is just the drive wheel without the pinion as I can't find any record of this part?

None of these are cheap watches or movements..

Yes that is a different part but I believe all those movements would also have the part I need. Sadly there are very few of them and seem to be around £100 so probably better off with that part from italy

@jamesb Did you get the discount offer from the Italy seller and take them up on it?

Yes I did, bit more than I hoped but could have been worse. Thank you for the help
