The watch works for a few minutes.  I think the 'waterproofing has become glue,  the crystal came off and top bezel but the back case won't budge.  I've put watch oil around it, I'm afraid to use a solvent , if it got inside might loosen jewels.  I've thought of leaving it in the sun to heat it up??    Anyone have any ideas?  thanks  Bob.  I've about ruined the little tabs trying to pry.

While I guess there aren't any watch mechanics to help with this issue LOL I soaked the case in watch OIL for a while and presto the watch started working perfectly, I didn't remove the case.   I guess most people are battery people, If it don't tick it's boring.    ( but I run Luminox as it has tritium and if I have to treat people in the dark I need a watch I can read.)
